First check your account alert history for any "unplug" alert by clicking the little "bell" icon on the bottom of the map. If you see unplug alert, the tracker might have been loose from the OBD port. You'll need to get to the vehicle and replug it firmly.
Then check the LED lights on the tracker. It could be hard to see the lights in bright day light but at night it's much easier to spot. You can also check the light immediately after unplugging it - the internal battery lasts only for a short moment.
If you don't see any LED, try the tracker on a different vehicle - it could be either the OBD port PIN contact issue or the vehicle's OBD fuse is blown.
