First, check your account alert history for any "unplug" alerts by clicking the bell icon at the bottom of the map. If an alert is present, the tracker may have come loose from the OBD port; ensure it is firmly reconnected.
Next, check the LED status on the tracker. The LEDs can be difficult to see in direct sunlight but are easier to spot in the shade. You can also observe the LEDs immediately after unplugging the device, though the internal battery only lasts for a short duration.
If no LEDs are visible, test the tracker on a different vehicle to determine if the issue is a connection problem with the OBD port pins or a blown fuse in the vehicle.

If you are not sure which port to use, please configure it to report to IP 23.23.180.168 and generic port 7100. Power it on then email us the IMEI# of the tracker. We can then analyze the data format and figure out the correct port the tracker should use.
